Apparently, ticket sales are sluggish for the Tarts & Vicars show. Father Nathan Monk commented, “Of all the possible reasons for why these shows aren’t doing well, the one thing I don’t believe is that people don’t care. I’m believing that it’s that folks don’t know.”

That’s probably it. Despite constant posting to over 2 million followers on social media, the events haven’t been well promoted.

So, I’m going to help!

Tarts & Vicars is a comedy event featuring a former priest and whatever Stormy Daniels claims to be these days. Tickets are $45 for the cheap seats but you can pay more to sit closer to the front. Both performers are outspoken anti-Christians and will undoubtedly mock you throughout the performance but that SHOULD NOT influence your decision to buy a ticket. The show’s content should not be what motivates you to support it. Nathan explains:

“I’m also asking y’all to show up. I’m asking this more for Stormy than myself. It is no secret that she has suffered a lot of loss, financially and emotionally, because of the stances she has taken. The whole purpose of these shows is to allow her a chance to tell her stories on her terms and to reap the benefit of that, instead of others making a profit off of her pain.”

Don’t buy a ticket because you think you’ll enjoy the show. The purpose of the show is to allow Stormy to tell her story on her terms. It’s not for your entertainment.

These poor folks seem genuinely surprised that their legions of godless fans aren’t showing up to support them. They expected an arrogant horde of selfish atheists to prioritize someone else’s needs over their own. In other words, they thought their followers would act like Christians.

So if any of you are interested in donating money to people who despise you, I suggest buying a ticket to Father Nathan Monk’s comedy show. Or, you could put 50 bucks in your toilet and watch it swirl around. That would be more entertaining.

(Galatians 6:7) Do not be deceived: God cannot be mocked. A man reaps what he sows. The one who sows to please his sinful nature, from that nature will reap destruction; the one who sows to please the Spirit, from the Spirit will reap eternal life.
