If you’re still undecided about the effectiveness of secular education, look no further than the Idaho Fine Arts Academy which recently graduated a student who doesn’t understand the definition of the word ‘banned,’ demonstrating her mastery of the core principle of secularism.
During the graduation ceremony, as she was receiving her diploma, the student tried to hand a copy of ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’ to the school Superintendent. The book had been removed from the school library and the student disagreed with that decision.
She said, “I think the graphic novel is a tasteful way of adapting [’The Handmaid’s Tale] and that’s not to say there aren’t scenes in there that may be difficult for some students or some readers I don’t think it’s a reason for it to be banned.”
But…wait…How does this student have knowledge of the ‘tasteful’ adaptation if it’s been banned?
She read the book. And she wasn’t hidden in a secret bunker, terrified of being imprisoned by the literature police for possessing illegal contraband…why is that? Because the book IS NOT banned.
“Removed” is the word the West Ada School District uses. The people empowered to make decisions about which books belong in the library decided to remove that particular book from the shelf. It’s a simple matter of authority that is easily understood unless you were educated in the West Ada School District.
The student said what she did at graduation “was because of how she and her fellow students were not allowed to be part of the removal process.” The pupils are upset because the teachers made decisions without consulting them. The students believe they are wiser than their mentors…because that is what their mentors taught them! Secular education teaches children they can define their personal reality. They are masters of their own truth. They are gods. Defiantly handing a ‘banned book’ to a school superintendent is an act of self-worship that will only surprise fools.
What happened in Idaho happens to every child indoctrinated by Humanists. They simultaneously believe there are no gods and that they are deities themselves. Then, they descend into madness.

Though you already know all this, I want to remind you that the Lord delivered his people out of Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not believe.

A good example of how this craziness is rooted in the spiritual war of good(God) vs evil(Satan.) Even many self-identified Christians don’t get that reality.
