Once upon a time there was a dairy farmer who provided milk to everyone in his village, free of charge. It didn’t matter a person’s ethnicity, religious beliefs, social status, or political views; milk was made available to everyone.

One day, a handful of villagers held a convention they called, “Lactose Unleashed.” It was billed as an unapologetically secular dairy farming event.

“We have an ex-priest turned farmer and disability rights activist as a keynote speaker, a drag queen presenting a science demonstration, a comedy show, grown up arts and crafts, and we’re hosting a happy hour for the adults and a family friendly mixer.”

It was a grand affair! The attendees made crafts, drank liquor, watched presentations from men wearing dresses, and participated in all sorts of other dairy related activities. Dozens of villagers showed up to celebrate their half-hearted commitment to provide themselves with a product that was already freely available from a superior source.

The End

Whenever you doubt the boundlessness of secular incoherence, remember that these folks put on a homeschooling convention! They charged a fee and everything! Literally promoting a secular alternative…to secular education. If your children are still in public school, these are the people teaching them.

(1 Corinthians 2:6) We do, however, speak a message of wisdom among the mature, but not the wisdom of this age or of the rulers of this age, who are coming to nothing.
