The Freedom From Religion Foundation, that merry band of professional non-believers, has announced that Christianity is not under attack. What a relief! I thought the tireless effort to erase Christian symbols, silence Christian speech, and ridicule Christian values might qualify as some sort of hostility but I was wrong.
It seems to me that people keep getting fired, fined, or canceled for expressing their Christian beliefs counts as ‘attack’ and I might be grateful to the FFRF folks for attempting to put my mind at ease if I was a moron.
These are the same folks who spend their days filing lawsuits to remove crosses from cemeteries and nativity scenes from city squares in a noble battle against ‘religious oppression.’ The organization dedicated to eliminating religion entirely is trying to tell us there is no threat.
Imagine if the Freedom From Vegetables Foundation told us there’s no war on salad. Anyone with a couple of functioning brain cells would be a little suspicious. Now, the organization will never succeed because vegetables are necessary to live. Freedom from vegetables would make us extinct. While we don’t need to worry about a group of nincompoops successfully ‘freeing us’ from veggies, it is appropriate to laugh at them for trying.
‘Religion’ is what separates humans from animals (and vegetables). Every single member of the Freedom From Religion Foundation holds religious views. The belief that religion should be eliminated is itself a religious philosophy. The FFRF is literally battling itself and doesn’t know it.
Stuff like this is the reason Atheism isn’t taken seriously in the real world. Social media is the only place where anti-Christian extremists are able to assure us there are no anti-Christians. Nobody is tuning in for the ‘godless perspective’ anymore. Thirty year ago, atheists could bill themselves as ‘rational thinkers.’ Then they wrote books, gave lectures, made videos, and revealed their thoughts.
(John 15:18) “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first.”

Surprising, considering the decline in Christian numbers in the US. It appears these converted Christians have found the “real world”
I would be careful on saying that Christianity is declining, ‘cuase that can change faster than you think.
