The Supreme Court is sort of talking about maybe, possibly, perhaps, overturning Roe vs Wade and giving the States the power to outlaw the barbaric destruction of unborn children. This would be great news not only for unborn children, but for the people who can’t figure out all by themselves that child sacrifice is a detestable, wicked thing.
A certain percentage of our population doesn’t possess any sense of right and wrong. Some people, for reasons I don’t personally understand, do not have a conscience (or if they do, it’s busted). These people can’t tell the difference between good and evil. They need to be given explicit, specific rules for behavior or they will (literally) act worse than animals.
That’s why we have laws. The legal system is a written set of rules for behavior. For PWAC (People Without A Conscience), the law is their morality. PWAC are only concerned with the legality of their actions. The only way for PWAC to comprehend that murdering children is bad; is when it’s illegal.
Legalized abortion tells PWAC that killing babies is a good thing to do. They shamelessly celebrate their selfish butchery and respond to any criticism by referencing the Constitution. With indignation that can only be achieved by skilled narcissists they’ll exclaim, “Abortion is my right!”
As long as abortion remains legal, the PWAC will continue the slaughter. They confess their commitment to themselves every time they say, “My body. My choice.” Regard for others requires a conscience. When there is no conscience, there must be law.
Those of us with consciences OWE IT to PWAC to make abortion illegal. It is our moral obligation to define the rules of behavior for those who cannot determine right and wrong for themselves. They will never understand that murder is immoral so they must be prohibited by law from killing others. We must lend our morality to our fellow citizens by banning abortion.
Expect the PWAC to throw a fit. They won’t understand that the law is for their own good. Stand firm. You can tolerate some crying and whining for the sake of righteousness. The people who benefit most from outlawed abortion will never appreciate what we’ve done for them. That’s okay. We will enjoy the blessing of a clean conscience.
