I know.
Matt Walsh upsets you.
But put your outrage aside for a moment and read his latest column on the vapidity of super-hero movies.
It contains one of the funniest things I’ve read in months.
Ten thousand years from now, as the next installment of the Avengers saga is released to the screens we will all have permanently implanted in our eyeballs, philosophers will be debating whether these superhero franchises even had a beginning at all. They may well conclude that there was no prime mover, no first cause, in the Marvel and DC universe. These movies have always existed, telling the exact same stories, with the exact same actors, since before the beginning of time itself.
Brilliant.
Hats off to you, Matt.
Okay…that’s all I wanted to share.
You may now resume your blinding hatred for Matt Walsh.

Since Stan Lee has shuffled off this mortal coil, he won’t be doing the cameos in the Marvel movies anymore. Thus he may eventually be forgotten, lending credence to the “no prime mover” view, in the eyes of some.
It will be postulated that Stan Lee was himself a work of geopolitical fiction.
After the last podcast with the peaches I decided if I were a drinking man I would have the comedy sojourn drinking game where in whenever the peaches quoted Matt Walsh I would take a drink. Let the quotations begin.
Ironically, her husband Luke actually DOES take a drink whenever she quotes Walsh.
I’m trying to spend less time referencing Matt Walsh, for the sake of my marriage… 🙂
