Not long ago, I thought systemic racism was like unicorns, leprechauns, and flavor in gluten-free food, it didn’t exist. I even wrote an article about it. I’d asked repeatedly for a single example of a publicly funded system of racism. Nobody could name one. So I concluded that systemic racism is a myth. I was wrong. A friend showed me an example of systemic racism so enormous, I’m embarrassed that I didn’t see it years ago.

That is a phrase that would cause riots. It would shut-down a business if the owner said it. An employee would lose his job for uttering it. It would put an actor out of work permanently. Any politician who uttered such a phrase would be forced to resign in shame.
But don’t look for anyone to start tearing down Charles Darwin statues. Systemic racism protects this white man’s bigotry. One of the most powerful systems in America perpetuates Darwin’s hatred for the “savage races” – the public school system.
Every day, the public schools indoctrinate millions of children with Darwin’s toxic theories. Innocent kids are taught that they evolved randomly from apes. But part of Darwin’s evolutionary theory is left out of the lesson plans. The part about some races being “more evolved” than others is ignored. That’s on purpose. The system tells children that evolution is “science” so they won’t question it when they’re older. The seeds of racism are planted in young children and nurtured for years in public school science classes.
I’ve said before that I will stand against systemic injustice wherever I find it. If you claim to care about justice, if you sincerely believe racism is evil, then we can stand together. This is my formal statement renouncing the systemic racism of teaching Darwinian evolution as science in public schools:
“It is a great evil to tell children that the color of their skin changes their worth as human beings. That is exactly what Darwin’s theory of evolution teaches. Professing evolution in educational institutions is an example of systemic racism. I stand opposed to and unequivocally renounce the perpetuation of racist teachings in public schools. The racist philosophy of evolution should not be taught in schools as science.”
A public school teacher gave me the idea for this article. Hat tip to Peter Heck.

Hey, this is a really great argument. Surely no one today in the Woke culture would argue against this….
Would they?
Surely not…
