“At the end of the day, I’d rather be excluded for who I include than included for who I excluded.” – Rev. Eston Williams
Bully for you.
At the end of the day, I’d rather be excluded for saying unpopular truths than included for my empty virtue signaling.
At the end of the day, I’ll be included by fewer people than you. I’m fine with that because I don’t want to fit into your group of fake allies. I want to belong to the group that values principles over rhetoric.
I don’t want to be included for who I include. I want to be included for what I believe.
At the end of the day, I’m going to make my decisions about inclusion and exclusion based on many factors. I exclude people who deceive, manipulate, oppress, or create confusion. I include people speak truth and adhere to some basic rules of civility.
At the end of the day, exclusion doesn’t bother me. I’m happy to be excluded by the hateful bigots who don’t approve of my religion. I’ll gladly stand alone on biblical doctrine. and rejoice that I’m not counted among the wicked.
At the end of the day, I’d rather be excluded for being right than included for being a coward.
(1 John 3:16) Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth. This then is how we know that we belong to the truth, and how we set our hearts at rest in his presence whenever our hearts condemn us. For God is greater than our hearts, and he knows everything.
