Your dedication to monitoring every utterance from Candace Owens about Erika Kirk is inspiring. While some folks get distracted fixing their own flaws, you are laser focused on the imaginary sins of strangers. Kudos to you!

An intense fascination with unverified claims has always been the mark of an intellectual. A person who resists gossip is uninterested in the truth. Your willingness to entertain any crack-pot theory or ludicrous accusation is a testament to your curiosity. Your giving the benefit of a doubt to utterly implausible scenarios is itself commendable but when you couple it with the belief that smearing a widow is an act of righteousness, you take it to the next level!

At first, I thought you might just be trashing the Kirk family for fun. I thought you might enjoy the spectacle of mayhem similar to the way the ancient Romans liked to watch lions eat Christians. I was greatly relieved when you said that you’re being vigilant and ‘holding people accountable.’ That makes sense. The best people to hold others accountable are online mob members with zero direct connections to any facts.

It’s profoundly Christian to treat hearsay as truth. I think there may be a scripture to back that up but, let’s be honest, you don’t need to see scripture. Start with, “I’m just asking questions…” and you’re clear to make any reckless allegation that your heart desires. And you should ALWAYS trust your heart!

So, keep tuning in to the fantastic, wild-eyed conspiracies about Erika Kirk. Don’t let anyone bully you into checking your heart. That’s how rumors die! Blessed are those who raise suspicions! If you start focusing on your own affairs, who will accuse your neighbor? Stay the course. The republic of gossip needs faithful drones like you.

(Proverbs 17:4) A wicked person listens to deceitful lips; a liar pays attention to a destructive tongue.
