Christians: One of the hardest things for you to believe is that sin makes people unlovable. You have pagan friends who aren’t serial killers, or baby eaters, or leather-winged demons. The pagans are often civilized people who donate to charity and loan their lawn mowers to neighbors. It’s very hard for you to accept that God could have a problem with such nice people.
That’s the reason I let pagans rant and rave in my comment section. It’s good to see godlessness without the filter of civility. You would prefer that I block the really vulgar, unruly commenters. It seems you only oppose censorship when you’re the one being censored.
Carefully removing vial, ungodly commentary from my wall creates an echo chamber. It creates the illusion that pagans talk and think pretty much like God’s people. That’s part of the reason you can’t believe that sin makes people unlovable. I’ve removed the unlovely things that pagans say; leaving you to conclude that wicked people are sometimes lovely.
You think that pagans are just people who ‘sin differently’ and sin itself isn’t really a big deal since ‘everybody does it.’ The moment a pagan actually demonstrates some hardcore depravity, you throw them off your wall. People who have the light should not be afraid to peer at the darkness. It is not my job to remove the ugliness of sin from the view of ‘decent, respectable people.’
The testimony of pagans serves to prove God’s word is true. The Bible tells us that bad trees never produce anything except bad fruit. The pagans commenting on my wall never say holy, uplifting, righteous things. They produce nothing but ugliness. It is a BLESSING when the behavior of ungodly people causes the saints to say, “Wow! I can understand why God opposes that!”
(Matthew 7:16) By their fruit you will recognize them. Do people pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? Likewise every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus, by their fruit you will recognize them.

This is an excellent point.
