Hopefully the despicable people on ‘the left’ will never acquire the ability to think clearly. If the denizens of darkness are ever able to detect irony…battling evil will become more challenging.

As things stand right now, there is no danger of secular humanists organizing into a group. They’re simply too dull. They say stuff like, “A smart, successful, educated woman is a right winger’s worst nightmare.” Then, before there’s even enough time to smirk at their cleverness, one of them says, “I have several friends who fit that description and also vote Republican. It’s mind boggling how they vote against themselves!”

What is ‘mind boggling’ is the speed and efficiency with which dumb people contradict themselves. The first statement warns of the danger that smart, educated women pose to right wingers. The second statement admits puzzlement by the existence of smart, educated women who are right wingers.

There are no smart, educated women who take either of those statements as a compliment. Smart people don’t need affirmation from stupid people. Dimwits are not equipped to evaluate intelligence. (There are no smart, educated women who think the previous statement is controversial or unkind.)

You cannot trust fools, even when you like what they’re saying. Flattery is manipulation. A smart, educated (aka. ‘wise’) person is a liar’s worst nightmare.

(Proverbs 5:9) Not a word from their mouth can be trusted; their heart is filled with destruction. Their throat is an open grave; with their tongue they speak deceit.
