A friend once said, “I hate getting up in the morning.”
Like Nazi hate it?
He responded, “What?”
The Nazi party knew how to hate.
Those guys hated EVERYTHING.
My guess is they probably hated getting up too.
Is that how you hate it?
“Uh, I dunno.”
Let’s find out.
Is getting up responsible for every hardship you experience?
Has getting up robbed you of earthly treasure?
Wounded your loved ones?
Consumed your mind and driven you to madness?
Is life void of peace for getting up being part of it?
Should getting up be sentenced to die?
No!
Not just die…
Suffer!
Getting up should experience agony!
It should be tortured the same way it’s tortured you!
That’s how you HATE, my friend!
“No. I don’t feel that way.”
Then you don’t HATE getting up in the morning.
“I guess not.”
“Where do you want to eat?”
Anywhere but Chinese.
I hate that.

Words mean things. We should hate sin. The words we use color our perspective, waking up with hate in our mind is a dark way to start the day. I’m curious as to where I’m going to see God at work. He’s given me another day, I’m grateful.
Thanks for putting this in perspective. Geez!
