First, the #unwantedIvanka on Twitter is hilarious. You owe it to yourself to take a look, even if you’ve dedicated your life to Donald Trump. Funny is funny and if this doesn’t at least make you crack a smile, you’re a vending machine.

With that out of the way, let’s talk about how women are deranged. I don’t know if it’s hormones, or the weather, or eyeliner, or the Hallmark Channel, or low fat salad dressing, or diet soda, or men living on the same planet with them – but SOMETHING has driven women insane.

The #unwantedIvanka hashtag (though fantastic) bears witness to female instability. The hashtag indicates a seething resentment for Ivanka Trump so vast it spills beyond the edges of the known universe. If other realities exist and they are populated by sentient beings, those beings hate Ivanka too. That is the power of incoherence when it’s amplified by female emotions.

Need proof? Good! It would be unwise to just take my word for it.

Consider this article written by some staff person at a website called, “Women In The World”. I couldn’t find a mission statement for the website but I was presented with many #unwantedPopUps asking me to, “Sign up to the bi-weekly newsletter for all the stories that you need to know, coming to you from global women on the front edge of change.” I presume that both “women” and “change” are considered to be good things. The article reports on a panel discussion which took place at a Women’s Conference in Germany. Trump was on stage with International Monetary Fund Managing Director (whatever that is), Christine LaGaRDE and German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

When the discussion turned to her father’s attitudes toward paid family leave and empowering women in the workplace, Trump said her father’s record as a businessman demonstrates that he’s worked to advance women in the workplace…

“I’m very proud of my father’s advocacy,” Trump said, adding that he is “a tremendous champion of supporting families and enabling them to thrive.”

But that’s precisely when the audience began taking issue with Trump’s response, and they let her hear it with a round of boos and hisses.

Only insanity explains a room full of women advocates booing a woman for advocating for women. (I had to read that sentence 4 times.) I suppose you could say that the boos were an expression of doubt that Donald Trump has empowered women. But saying that just demonstrates your derangement.

If Ivanka Trump wasn’t empowered, she couldn’t make a nuisance of herself at global leadership meetings. Only empowered women are allowed to speak freely to world leaders. Only empowered women accompany the President on stage. And only empowered women cause other empowered women to come unglued.

It will take you a micro-second to find a politician, sports figure, or female celebrity talking about our desperate need for gender equality. We’ve got to get more women in leadership! We need women in business. We need women in combat. We need women in men’s restrooms. We need women doing every job that exists (except the jobs that degrade women). Feminism demands that women have the power to do whatever they want whenever they want. And Feminism boos Ivanka Trump for achieving the goal of Feminism.

Deranged.

  1. hmmm. so we have JB saying that “LOL you are on the money. every comment you make is another coffin in the coffin of Chrsitianity.” thanks for admiting so, JB. But it’s not my comments that make it less likely that someone might be a Christian, it’s yours, and Jack’s and Amanda’s. You should take bows for doing such a good job.

and we have Amanda saying “Best. Comment. Ever. Hurry and block Vel before she makes Christianity look even worse.” I guess she does wonder why JB doesn’t block me if Jack finds me “insufferable.”. I guess Amanda and JB agree with me. How nice of them. 🙂

    1. Vel I’m so sorry but I’ve decided to deconvert, because JB and Amanda’s action have just been so inspirational.

  2. The only “empowerment” that Ivanka tRumpsy has comes at the behest of her father. She has NOT earned any of it on her own.

      1. “Hate” has nothing to do with it. She may be a lovely woman on her own. It’s your comment: Ivanka Trump easily one of the most empowered women in the world that prompted my response. The examples you offered are, again, only because her father put her into those positions.

I have no “hate” for women who are truly in positions of power. I admire them. Most of them have had to overcome many obstacles (mostly men-inspired) to reach their positions. And if you deny that (which it appears you do in your last paragraph), you are speaking about things you know nothing about.

        1. Ivanka Trump has overcome many obstacles as well. She has bitter women such as yourself diminishing her and attributing her success to her father (a man, by the way). Despite opposition from her sisterhood, there she was on stage with world leaders. That’s empowerment.

          1. You have no justification for calling me “bitter” as I do not resent Ivanka nor her role in the administration. I’m just saying, contrary to your beliefs, any “empowerment” she has is not self-earned. If her father was not the president, it’s highly doubtful she would be “on stage with world leaders.”

BTW, why do you find it necessary to accuse others of certain traits simply because they don’t agree with your perspective?

          2. Why does the source of empowerment matter to you? Michelle Obama is also empowered. You gonna tell me it has nothing to do with her husband?

          3. There is no comparison.

Suggest you read Wikipedia write-ups about the two women (and I’ll let you guess which description belongs to which woman). One is “an American lawyer, university administrator and writer” (among other things). The other is a “businesswoman, fashion designer, author and reality television personality.”

          4. Ivanka Trump is star stuff, Nan. So is Michelle Obama. But Wikipedia wouldn’t mention her if it weren’t for Barack. She didn’t earn her empowerment either.

  3. Why is it that women in the untied states are beginning to leave Feminism in the dust? (And, in Europe, less than 1/4 of women identify as feminists?)
It’s because of this phenomenon you’ve noticed, where empowered women hate each other! The more successful and happy one woman becomes, the more she is criticized and torn down BY OTHER WOMEN who consider themselves “Feminists.”

No, thanks, Feminists. You can have your little club of misery without me. 🙂

      1. I would consider the ability of every Christian to agree evidence. I would consider the ability of Christians to heal people instantly of terminal cancer, amputations, septicemia, etc evidence if we had evidence of those injuries and illnesses before hand I would consider the dead rising after three days dead evidence. I would consider the stopping of the rotation of the earth evidence. I would consider the altar test in the bible evidence if a Christian was willing to do it with me and they were able to get a water soaked pile of wood to light with no evidence of an igniter just prayer. All of these are claimed to be true in the bible, and JC himself has no problem in presenting evidence if asked per the bible.

Again, JB, what would you consider evidence that I have a husband of 30 years? And what evidence do you have that your god is real?

        1. I would consider the stopping of the Earth’s rotation as evidence that you have a husband.

      2. ah, JB. you never disappoint. “I would consider the stopping of the earth’s rotation as evidence that you have a husband.” Now, why would you do that since I never claimed he could do that? It’s so good of you to admit that you have no real response to counter what I said I would accept as evidence for your god. Your bible claims Christians and your god can do all of the things I mentioned. Why can’t it do these things now, JB, and only in religious claims that are no different than the religious claims of other cultures that you won’t believe?

          1. Nope, my disbelief is not evidence that the claims of your religion aren’t true. Facts that demonstrate that entirely different occurrences happened rather than the supposed bible events are the evidence that the claims of your bible aren’t true.

I gave you a nice long list of what evidence I would accept, and it is conveniently things that the bible claims happened. The problem you have is that those things never happened, and they still don’t happen.

          2. Again…your disbelief is not evidence that ” those things never happened, and they still don’t happen”.

Your disbelief is not “facts that demonstrate that entirely different occurrences happened rather than the supposed bible events”. You seem to think your skepticism is compelling. It’s not. Skepticism is the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. Doubt requires no intellectual effort. You’re lazy, Vel.

          3. “Again…your disbelief is not evidence that ” those things never happened, and they still don’t happen”.

Your disbelief is not “facts that demonstrate that entirely different occurrences happened rather than the supposed bible events”. You seem to think your skepticism is compelling. It’s not. Skepticism is the easiest thing in the world to accomplish. Doubt requires no intellectual effort. You’re lazy, Vel.”

And I agreed that my disbelief is not evidence, JB. The fact that other things happened rather than the bible claims is the evidence. The usual proceedings during the days around a Passover in 1 CE or so, with no one noticing the dead walking around Jerusalem. The usual day to day events with no one noticing magical plagues and the destruction of the entire Egyptian army.

No Christian can present evidence that they can heal people, JB. But if you want to, you can join me at Lebanon VA center of the Penn State Hershey Level 1 Trauma center when you are doing the show in New Holland, and you can show the world your divinely given powers that the bible promises that Christians will have.

You have no evidence for the claims you have made, JB. This is nothing new at all. IT’s also great fun to watch you desperately try to twist my words, so you don’t have to address what I’ve really said. Tsk.

So, skepticism is easy? Nope, not at all. Believe is easy since children can do it and do it because they think that they are getting a reward or punishment. They believe in Santa, the tooth fairy and the ones growing up in a religious culture believe in a god, that does no more than the first two.

Even if doubt is easy, Jesus Christ was fine with it and provided evidence. Pity that JB can’t do the same thing.

          4. I do not have words to express how grateful I am for your commentary. The way your mind works is truly astonishing.

          5. John Branyan says:
I do not have words to express how grateful I am for your commentary. The way your mind works is truly astonishing.- John Branyan July 8, 2019 @ 4:47 PM comment #25291.

Why thanks, JB. I know you are honest and really meant these things. Because a Christian like you wouldn’t lie. Right?

Romans 3 Although everyone is a liar, let God be proved true, as it is written,“So that you may be justified in your words, and prevail in your judging.”

5 But if our injustice serves to confirm the justice of God, what should we say? That God is unjust to inflict wrath on us? (I speak in a human way.) 6 By no means! For then how could God judge the world? 7 But if through my falsehood God’s truthfulness abounds to his glory, why am I still being condemned as a sinner? 8 And why not say (as some people slander us by saying that we say), “Let us do evil so that good may come”? Their condemnation is deserved!

I’m sure you would agree with Paul.

  4. If these roving bands of militant powerful women wanted to make the greatest impact, they would go after the countries that don’t let women drive, make them wear Jawa robes, and stone them for talking with a man.

Anything less shows that they are all talk, attacking safe targets.

  5. “Feminism demands that women have the power to do whatever they want whenever they want.”

That reminds me of a story I read in Genesis 3; didn’t end well. Go figure.

And of course no empowered man was ever incompetent after rising to the top on daddy’s (or mommy’s) coat tails.🙄

Feminists and their defenders have a lose grasp of reality and the weakest, children, will continue to be hurt by the lie that women (and men) are best when pursuing their own selfish version of happiness while being responsible for and accountable to no one.

The only empowerment this woman needs is from my Creator.

  6. well, nice set of misogyny, JB. But that’s expected from a conservative Christian. Ivanka isn’t empowered, she’s a rich brat who is incompetent in her job that was given to her by her daddy. There’s a difference.

    1. Well, nice set of misandry, Vel. But that’s expected from a hateful pagan. Ivanka Trump easily one of the most empowered women in the world. You’re just jealous.

      1. Seems to me the misogyny comes from the empowered women for other empowered women. From 2016 Psyschology today article “Misogyny has never been a men-only problem”

        1. Vel saw the word “Trump” and was triggered. He has tremendous power over her.

          1. Says the man who claimed he was not a Christian and said he voted for Trump, who ignores JB’s bible. JB, what does your god think about adulterers and liars?

          2. Adulterers and liars go in the same category as hateful atheists who deny His existence.

        2. nope, it hasn’t been. We see this by Ivanka claiming to be working for working women and then doing nothing. Where’s the great child care legislation she promised?

      2. hmmm, and more baseless accusations. Where is the misandry, JB? or is it as usual where you have nothing so you just try to repeat what I say? If a supposed comedian can’t come up with better, well, that explains your lack of gigs on your calendar.

Why would I be jealous of a rich brat who has failed in the job her daddy gave her and whose daddy thinks of her in a sexual way?

        1. Because a rich brat who failed her job still has more character and charm than you.

          1. So, what is Ivanka’s character, JB? She again has a father who thinks of her sexually. She has been give a job thanks to nepotism. I’m quite happy not to have a character or “charm” like that. I feel sorry for her, having a failure of a father. No great and wonderful health care, no infrastructure plan. Trump sucks up to a man who murders Christians, JB. Are you happy about that?

Thanks, JB, for admitting that you follow someone supposed as horrible as an atheist. “Adulterers and liars go in the same category as hateful atheists who deny His existence.” Trump is both, and JB supports him with no problem at all. Good for you, JB. I’m sure Amanda is proud of you too, showing that a TrueChristian like yourself, has no interest in the bible at all.

        1. To what, Jack? I’m happy to see Christians follow someone that their god says he hates. ” “So I will come to put you on trial. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive the foreigners among you of justice, but do not fear me,” says the Lord Almighty.” Malachi 3

          1. Maybe because you’ve spent the last month insulting him and his family.

        2. “Maybe because you’ve spent the last month insulting him and his family.”

wow, that makes no sense at all, Jack. So how does calling me Melania become an insult to me when I point out the facts that Trump is a liar, a cheat and a failure at healthcare, infrastructure, diplomacy, trade, and sucks up to murderous dictators and Melania seems to be unable to stop that. I do like when she refuses to hold the hand of Donnie, who seems to be a likely rapist and who *is* an adulterer. That you, Jack, a Christian has no problem with adulterers says quite a bit about how you pick and choose your Christianity.

For being a Christian who apparently is the typical conservative Christian who wants at least the first 10 of the commandments in public buildings and to force everyone to obey what you’ve invented as your version of Christianity, you certainly don’t think you need to pay attention to the parts of the bible that tell you don’t follow someone, even if you think they’ll give you power.

          1. your actions, Jack, your actions. But please do deny you are a Christian just like JB has done. No skin off my nose and it might have a wonderful effect on the audience.

          2. “What evidence do have that I’m a Christian?” Jack Lowry July 8, 2019 at 1:45 PM comment #25284

Okay, Jack, I take your word for it: you aren’t a Christian. I called you one and you denied it. You don’t support JB and you don’t take Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. I’m pleased to meet someone who is so honest about what he is. You deny Christ as God and blaspheme the holy spirit. Your claims, not mine. Welcome to atheism or agnosticism or some other religion of your choice.

          3. Just because you aren’t a Christian doesn’t mean I have to agree with everything you say.

          4. “Just because you aren’t a Christian doesn’t mean I have to agree with everything you say.” Jack, that makes no sense. No one said you had to. You and JB are claiming you aren’t Christians. Seems to be a rooster crowing somewhere.

          5. Clearly JB is lying he’s been writing about his faith for years. I have never professed my Christianity.

          6. Jack: “Clearly JB is lying he’s been writing about his faith for years. I have never professed my Christianity.”

Yep, you are an atheist and the Christian god knows it, if it exists. Thanks for being a self-described non-Christian and for showing how easy it is for you to say so. I’ll buy you a coffee at the Starbucks in Dis.

          7. I almost feel like you don’t believe me, which is deeply hurtful.

          8. Jack “I almost feel like you don’t believe me, which is deeply hurtful.” That you are not a Christian? Oh I believe you completely and I’m sure your god, if it exists, believes you too.

      1. bulverism: Bul·ver·ism. The rejection of an argument on the basis of the character, motives, or identity of the one making it rather than on its logical soundness or the validity of its assumptions.”

so, Ron, where is the bulverism?

        1. Vel doesn’t need your money, Jeff!
She has a loving husband of thirty years who will buy her a sense of humor whenever she asks…

          1. Still no evidence for her husband. I’m certain he doesn’t exist. Which means she will remain humorless.

          2. If she acts at all like she does in the comment sections, she would be too insufferable

          3. If she acts like this in various comment sections ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, then a hypothetical husband wouldn’t have to spend any time with her…

          1. I’m not sure they were joking. I for one, do find you insufferable

  7. The obvious reason women are deranged is MEN!!! Those evil, cruel, viscous beasts have been making insane women since the beginning of time.

    1. Not at all. Many men are great, including my spouse of 30 years. It’s such a shame that a few men like you are so afraid of women, just like Paul was when he demanded that women remain quiet.

          1. I’ve seen no evidence for your spouse’s existence. That’s the truth.

        1. Oh, I’m sure your god loves rules lawyers. So, if I showed a picture, would you accept I have a husband? Yes or no, JB. You see, we’re back to the lack of evidence you have for your religion and the existence of evidence for so many other things. I could show you my marriage license, and my husband’s DD214. But it’s inconvenient for you to accept facts when they show you are a liar. Bummer.

          1. Pictures prove nothing. Documents can be faked. We’re back to the lack of evidence you have for your husband.
Until you show evidence for your claim, I am convinced you’re single.

        2. Thanks, JB for saying that photos and documents can be faked. They indeed can be, and without other evidence there is no reason to believe in them. That holds for your bible quite nicely. We have no archaeological evidence for the events claimed by the bible. We have no original texts, and the text we do have contradict each other. There is no more reason to believe the claims of the bible than there is to believe the claims of a Spider-man comic. They may mention real places but there is no evidence that the action occurred.

        1. hmmm, so calling me Melania is supposed to be an insult? I suppose it could be, but it doesn’t make much sense to use the name of the wife of Trump, who is so well supported here.

And it’s an old bit of nonsense when wannabee bullies whine “I was just joking” when they are caught being hateful to others.
