I know you’re upset by the attempt to ban porn from public school but calm down! Nobody is telling you that you can’t give your children smut. We just think it should be left up to parents to decide how much poison their children consume.

I try to minimize the amount of harmful material in the lives of the people I love, but that’s just my personal preference. I’m not forcing my values on you. By all means, immerse your kids in debauchery. Take them to drag shows. Crush their spirits and pollute their minds.

Book banning isn’t for everyone. I recommend it only for people who want to shield children from wickedness. For progressive, open-minded parents who want their kids to raise themselves, no topic is off-limits.

For you anti-book banning folks, child-rearing is no longer about instilling values and teaching right from wrong. It’s about giving kids the freedom to explore whatever they want, without judgement, interference, assistance, guidance, or compassion.

I guess under the circumstances, it’s a good thing your kid never learned to read.

Romans 8:6 The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace; the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so. Those controlled by the sinful nature cannot please God.
